Made from selected grapes, it is fermented at a controlled temperature of between 25 and 28ºC, with a maceration with the skins for around ten days, so that they give it a good tannic structure. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to American oak barrels where it remains for a year. After this time the wine is bottled and aged in the bottle.
