A fundamental part of our team

García Carrión understands sustainability as a cross-cutting area across its various dimensions: economic, environmental, and social. As part of its social commitment, García Carrión has been working since 1997 to provide employment for people with disabilities.

The J. García-Carrión Foundation has two special employment centers: one in Daimiel and another in Jumilla, with more than 40 employees with disabilities. Through this foundation, García Carrión creates stable employment and offers its employees comprehensive care to achieve the highest levels of integration.

GOALS

Promote stable jobs for people with disabilities.

FUNCTIONS

The foundation's workers perform essential duties and are a key part of the company. They work in specially equipped and accessible warehouses and perform manual tasks such as handling and modifying cartons or bottles, such as labeling, assembling wine bottle cases, applying decorative netting to bottles, or any other similar activity that cannot be performed on production lines and must be done manually.
