A fundamental part of our team
García Carrión understands sustainability as a cross-cutting area encompassing its various dimensions: economic, environmental, and social. As part of its social commitment, García Carrión has been working since 1997 to provide employment for people with disabilities.
The J. García-Carrión Foundation operates two special employment centers: one in Daimiel and the other in Jumilla, with more than 40 employees with disabilities. Through this foundation, García Carrión creates stable employment and offers its employees comprehensive support to achieve the highest levels of integration.

FUNCTIONS
The foundation's workers perform an essential task and are a key part of the company, carrying out their work in specially equipped and accessible warehouses and performing manual tasks of handling and modifying cartons or bottles such as labeling, assembling wine bottle cases, applying decorative netting to bottles or any other activity of this type that cannot be done on the production lines and must be done manually.
