The friend who never misses a date

THE CELLAR THAT OVERLOOKS THE SEA

García-Carrión acquired this winery in 1997, and with it, the Vinos de la familia García-Carrión project was born, with which the family began to expand its presence to different appellations of origin. Jaume Serra (Vilanova i la Geltrú) is located on top of a hill that descends toward the Mediterranean Sea, making it the closest winery to the sea in Spain. The origins of this winery date back to 1647, when a fortress-like farmhouse known as El Padruell was built, which would later become the Jaume Serra winery.

The winery is surrounded by 125 hectares of vineyards and has a production capacity of 6 million kg of grapes, using the most modern production and aging systems, and a capacity of 20 million bottles of wine per year and 60 million bottles of cava.

JAUME SERRA CAVA

Cava is the perfect drink to celebrate the best moments. Jaume Serra cava is also characterized by its endless bubbles and its flavor, of quality and renowned prestige. Specifically, four grape varieties are used to make cava—Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada, and Chardonnay—and four for rosés—Trepat, Pinot Noir, Garnacha, and Monastrell. Jaume Serra offers a wide range of cavas to meet the needs of all consumers: Brut, Brut Nature, Reserva, Gran Reserva, Pinot Noir, rosé, organic, and more.
