Be Strong, Be Clever, Be Fast
THE CAVA THAT LOOKS OUT TO SEA
García-Carrión acquired this winery in 1997, giving rise to the García-Carrión family wine project, through which the family began to expand its presence to different designations of origin. Jaume Serra (Vilanova i la Geltrú) is located on top of a hill that slopes down to the Mediterranean Sea, making it the closest winery to the sea in Spain. The origins of this winery date back to 1647, when a farmhouse-fortress known as El Padruell was built, which would later become the Jaume Serra winery.
The winery is surrounded by 125 hectares of vineyards and has a production capacity of 6 million kg of grapes, with the most modern production and aging systems, and a capacity of 20 million bottles of wine per year and 60 million bottles of cava.
