With a selection of different batches of Monastrell grapes in their perfect state of ripeness, the elaboration of this wine takes place through a fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 22-24º C, in order to better preserve the primary aromas. Once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations were completed, the wine was racked and aged in barrels. This wine was aged for six months in stainless steel tanks and another six months in American oak barrels.
