This wine has been elaborated with the best Monastrell grapes from the Jumilla D.O.. After an eight-day maceration at 28º C. in stainless steel tanks, the wine is racked to finish the alcoholic fermentation and then undergo malolactic fermentation. The wine is then kept for a year in tanks where it undergoes three rackings before being aged in barrels. During this ageing, the wine rests for 12 months in the best American and French oak barrels. Before being marketed, the wine is refined for a period of time in the bottle.
