The cider is obtained from apple juice made from a blend of sweet and sour varieties, harvested in autumn, when they reach their optimum ripeness. The fruit is carefully pressed and the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. After fermentation, the cider is clarified, filtered and the amount of sugar is adjusted. After a careful bottling process, the product is ready for consumption.
