4 cases of Iberian Fauna Edition.

Each case contains:

Pata Negra DO Rioja, Crianza: Made from Tempranillo grapes and aged in French and American oak barrels where it is given a powerful and elegant character.

Pata Negra DO Toro, Roble: Made from Tempranillo and Tinta de Toro grapes. Aged in French oak barrels for 3 months where it acquires all its character. Once its ageing is finished, it is filtered and bottled where it remains for 2 months to refine.

Pata Negra DO Mancha, Roble: Made from Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes. Aged in oak barrels for 2 months where it takes on its personality and expressiveness. Once its ageing is finished, it is racked, clarified and filtered for subsequent bottling.

This Iberian fauna edition is inspired by 3 of the most characteristic animal species of our country. The bull, representing the DO Toro; the Iberian lynx representing the DO Mancha and the wolf representing the DO Rioja.
