This wine is made from selected grapes of the Shiraz variety. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in stainless steel vats at 24-26ºC where the fermentation of the grapes takes place respecting their integrity. The grapes are pumped over daily to bring the liquid part into contact with the solid part, favouring the extraction of colour, aromas and structure. After less than a week of fermentation, the wine is devatted, separating the wine from the press. It undergoes malolactic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20ºC, at the end of which it is racked and rests in another tank where it awaits bottling after clarification and filtering.
