From selected grapes, it is fermented at a controlled temperature of around 25 and 28º C., having a maceration with the skins for around ten days, so that they give it a good tannic structure. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to American oak barrels where it remains for one year. After this time the wine is bottled and aged in the bottle.
