- Description
This wine is made from selected Tempranillo grapes. It is fermented at a controlled temperature of around 22-25ºC in order to preserve the varietal aromas. It is bled after four or five days, so that it has a smooth tannic structure as befits a young wine. After malolactic fermentation, it is transferred to barrels where it remains for three months. It is complemented with a light ageing in the bottle where it finishes rounding off.
