This Pata Negra Crianza is made from selected grapes. It is fermented at a controlled temperature of around 25 - 30º C., having a maceration with the skins for around twenty days, in order to achieve the structure and colour typical of a wine destined for barrel ageing. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels where it remains for 6 months. After this time it is bottled and aged in the bottle.
