After a careful selection of the plots whose fruit will form part of the coupage of this wine, harvested at their optimum ripening point, the grapes undergo a careful alcoholic fermentation in tanks at a controlled temperature, with a long maceration of the skins to obtain the maximum concentration and aromatic load. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, and another 12 months in the bottle rack, before it is released onto the market.
