The red wine Don Simón in brik revolutionised the Spanish table wine market in the 80's.
It is characterised by a sustained, bright popaje. On the nose it is frank, with vegetal notes and candied fruit aromas. On the palate it is balanced, with evolutions reminiscent of the nose.
