The grapes used are Tempranillo. The skins macerate with the must, thus extracting the desired colour and aromas, it is devatted after about six hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control, kept at a constant 16ºC to protect the elegant varietal aromas.
