- Description
All the grapes are harvested at night to ensure that the grapes enter at a low temperature, thus avoiding oxidation and preserving the fresh aromas. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16º C, in order to obtain wines with great aroma and delicate flavours. Alcoholic fermentation lasts about 15 days, after which the best tanks are selected for bottling.
