To obtain this dry white wine, only the free-run juice obtained from the best selection of white grapes from Penedès is used. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature of 16ºC, in order to preserve the wine's great aromatic presence and all its expression and delicate varietal flavours.
Pairing
Va perfectamente con pescado blanco, frituras, mariscos y quesos poco curados. Temperatura óptima de servicio: 8 - 10ºC.
Recomendamos beberlo durante el año presente para aprovechar todo su potencial.
