- Description
This wine is made from Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada grape varieties. After a gentle pressing, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC, but this process is interrupted so that the wine retains some of its natural sugars that give it its silky and slightly sweet taste.
The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks.
