Starting from the best selection of rosé base wine. After adding the liqueur de tirage, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle (traditional method), and is aged in rhyme and in contact with the lees for a minimum of 12 months at a controlled low temperature. Afterwards, the liqueur d'expedition (Brut: 10 g/l) is added to round off the final result.
