Don Simón Wine

The Don Simón red wine in brik revolutionised the Spanish table wine market in the 1980s.
It is characterised by a sustained, bright popaje. The nose is frank, with vegetal notes and candied fruit aromas. On the palate it is balanced, with evolutions reminiscent of the nose.
