Summer red wine Don Simón, a carbonated drink made with red wine and a touch of lemon, its colour is of medium intensity, bright red with bluish reflections. It gives off a fine, well-integrated bubble. The nose is fresh and fruity, with wine aromas over which citrus and cinnamon prevail. The palate is refreshing, sweet and balanced.
